Privacy Policy

Just browsing. You can use most of faucetmatrix.io without an account. We use Google Analytics to count page views (the page you viewed, its title, and the device, browser and approximate location data Google Analytics collects).

When you sign in.

• your email address (and, with Google sign-in, your name and profile picture);
• your country and the IP address you used when you first signed in, taken from our hosting provider’s network headers;
• the referral handle and per-faucet referral codes you save in your dashboard.

When you join Share & Earn. The links to the videos you submit, the platform, the public view count and post details we record at review, the review result, and the USDT (BEP20) wallet address you confirm for payouts along with payout amounts and transaction hashes.

• to sign you in and keep you signed in;
• to run the referral program — sending visitors of your /r/ link to the faucets with your codes;
• to review Share & Earn videos and pay qualified creators;
• to prevent fraud and abuse, such as duplicate accounts, fake traffic and bots;
• to understand how the site is used and improve it;
• to answer you when you contact us.

• Sign-in cookies hold your session and protect sign-in forms (CSRF). They are needed for the dashboard to work.
• Google Analytics cookies measure visits. You can opt out with your browser settings or Google’s opt-out add-on.
• Local storage remembers the referrer whose link you arrived through, for 7 days, so the right referral codes are used. It stays in your browser.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that email sign-in requests come from a person, not a bot.

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the site:

• Cloudflare — hosting, database, security and captcha;
• Google — sign-in (if you choose it) and analytics;
• our email delivery service, to send sign-in links.

When you click through to a faucet site, survey provider or game, that site receives your referral code and campaign parameters in the link, and handles your data under its own privacy policy. Payouts are made on a public blockchain, where the receiving wallet address and amount are visible to anyone.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our users and the network from fraud.

We keep your account information while your account is active. Share & Earn submission and payout records are kept as long as needed for payments, accounting and fraud prevention. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.

You can view and change your referral handle, codes and wallet from your dashboard. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it.

To make a request, email business@faucetmatrix.io from the address on your account. We may need to keep some records (for example, completed payouts) where the law or fraud prevention requires it.

We use passwordless sign-in, signed session cookies, HTTPS and bot protection to keep your account safe. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your email account protected too.

FaucetMatrix is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be announced on our Updates page.
